Here are prayer points from Chenny, our CMS missionary partner who works with uni students in Tokyo:

1. Feb 25-Mar2
National Evangelical students Training conference. Christian students (about 300+) from all Japan meet in Tokyo the week.
I'll be leading one of strand 1 groups. Also leading elective in Finance&Giving.

2. Kanto region spring camp. March 5-7. Organized mainly by graduating students. Their last service for KGK before graduation (end of March).
I'll be leading elective on Evangelism.

3. Leading English book club at Nakano Baptist Church. Starting March 12th, for 8 weeks. I inherited this task from Roger Dethlefs, previous cms missionary who is now back in Australia.

4. Protection from hayfever season (Feb - April).

My brother, who is a retired Anglican Minister, has been being treated for Lymphoma for some years and I have told him that I will pray to God for him. At present he is Hospital.

A Prayer for Volunteers – To Never Lose Hope

Father God, we come before You today in prayer asking for hope and courage for all volunteers. Enable them to be rooted in Your enduring love and trust, so that they can carry out acts of kindness as conditions and needs arise across LVAC.

May they never lose faith despite the challenges that may come their way. Give them the strength to persevere and the courage to reach even greater heights.

We are so grateful for all our volunteers who selflessly give of their time, exhibit kindness and empathy towards us. In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.
